Elena DePalma is an executive coach and leadership consultant who enables individuals to find greater job success and realize their full potential.
In particular, Elena is passionate about helping individuals at all levels succeed in their lives and careers, including those just starting out to those at the top of the career ladder. In addition to a Bachelor’s in Business Administration, a Master’s in Clinical Social Work and certification through the International Coach Federation, she brings decades of expertise in the Human Resources and Leadership Development arena to the work she does. There is nothing she enjoys more than seeing the individuals she has coached thrive!
Prior to starting her current firm, Elena was the Senior Director of Organizational Effectiveness at Yale University, with responsibility for leading the functions of talent management, change management and organizational development. Specific programs under her direction included leadership and staff development, performance management, talent and succession planning, and leadership and career coaching.
Prior to joining Yale, Elena held numerous leadership positions at Pitney Bowes and Merrill Lynch Credit Corporation and as Vice President, directed the Human Resources function when Merrill Lynch Credit Corporation won the Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award.
Elena has extensive experience designing, developing and implementing adult learning programs and organizational solutions, has built departments from start-up and coached numerous professionals from middle managers to the C-suite. She has consulted with senior management on issues such as strategic planning, performance management, succession planning, change management and team building and has organized numerous corporate-wide strategic initiatives.
